Lazers Staff Coach Qualifications
STEPS TO BECOMING A LAZERS STAFF COACH

Pay is based on experience and coaching licenses.
Lazers staff coaches work in a variety of ways with the 3000+ player youth members annually and the club's volunteer coaching staff.
This includes, but is not limited to, coaching teams, on field training sessions, camps, and player evaluations.
Must work toward or already have the following qualifications:
- USSF National Grassroots (National "E") Licenses, or Non-US National "E" Equivalent
- Lazers Staff Coaching Badge (12-15 hour class Initially, followed by classroom and field continuing education each season)
- Ability to Demonstrate Techniques
- Ability to follow and teach Lazers Core Principles and the Lazers vernacular
