STEPS TO BECOMING A LAZERS STAFF COACH

The Lazers' staff coaches conduct all practices for every age group.  Staff also serve as head coaches for all 10U-19U teams.

All full time and part time staff are nationally licensed and participate in continuing education for at least a week prior to every season.

A staff candidate must work toward (or already have) the following qualifications:

  • USSF National Grassroots (National "E") Licenses, or Non-US National "E" Equivalent
  • Lazers Staff Coaching Badge (12-15 hour class Initially, followed by classroom and field continuing education each season)
  • Ability to Demonstrate Techniques
  • Ability to follow and teach Lazers Core Principles and the Lazers vernacular


Stipends are based on experience and coaching licenses.
