New Arbiter Accounts

First, Request a Arbiter account by filling out this form.  Questions? E-Mail Ken Wilcox

When you get the welcome email, click the link to setup the account. You will have to do the "Forgot password" process to get your new password. The system is not sending out default passwords any longer.

• Click on Profile
• Add a phone number and mobile carrier - click Save
• Fill out your address
• Add your social security number
• Report taxes is SSN
• Date of Birth and Gender
• Reset Security Questions
• Be sure to click "Ready" checkbox on the left panel under the Dashboard

How to set your availability: Review this document to learn how to set your availability in Arbiter.

Available Games: Arbiter allows you to see the entire game schedule. Click on the schedule tab, and click on Master Schedule. You will be able to see the games available in the entire system.

• Assigning starts up to 2 weeks prior to the weekend games. If there are specific games you want to work further out, you may request them by emailing ken@lazers.soccer.
• Input your availability in Arbiter by unblocking the days and times you want to work.
• Only make yourself available if you can absolutely work.
• If you make yourself available and decline, it can affect your ability to get assignments in the future.
• Only put availability in for one assignor at a time. Giving availability to multiple assignors is inappropriate.
• Email ken@lazers.soccer your desires and communicating with the assignors will help in the long run.
• Accept your assignments within 24 hours of publishing.

• Arbiter has great support pages if you want to dig into how to use this system to it's fullest potential.


• Go to Arbiter and click the icon next to your name in the top right corner and click Help.


• We limit ArbiterSports accounts to active referees due to the cost involved in carrying referee accounts with this system. If you want to get updates but can't be an active referee, please join the GroupMe channel below.
