What format options do you have in the 8U age groups?

Our tournament will offer the 5v5 format without goalkeepers for the U7 and U8 teams.  Please see the rules for the modified list of rules

Do we have games scheduled on Friday?

Probably not, but it depends on the number of team entered in the tournament.

What time is the last game played on Sunday?

We predict the last game to start by 4:00 PM but it depends on the number of teams entered.

Are birth certificates required at check-in?

No, birth certificates are not required at check-in.

Are players required at the Friday night check-in?

No, only the Coach, Team Manager, or team representative is required to check-in your team.

What happens if we need to pull out of the tournament?

A refund is available if requested 30 or more days in advance.

A minimum 50% non-refundable processing fee will be charged on all refunds If you contact us 30 days or less from the start of the tournament.

Once brackets are posted, there are NO REFUNDS.

What happens when Weather or An Act of God causes a tournament cancellation?

There is a chance for tournaments to be rained out, cancelled, or experience inclement weather. Please be aware that 50% of your entry fee will be kept to cover administrative costs if tournament is cancelled before it begins. If your team plays at least one game, there will be a 25% refund. If your team plays 2 or more games, there will be no refund. Once a game has kicked off, this will count as a game.
